One row per instrument: what it measures, the sensor and its specification, where the gateway reads it, how often, what it protects and how the analytics use it. Most of the value comes from points the factory already has in its control systems; the new sensors fill the gaps that cause the longest stoppages. Click any row for the reasoning.

Priorities: P1 protects the season (trips, safety and the stoppage causes that cost the most hours), P2 performance and energy, P3 optimisation. Limits are starting values for configuration, to be confirmed against each machine's manufacturer data and the factory's own history; they are versioned in SEMMAPP so a change never rewrites how past readings were judged. Example makes are illustrative, not a procurement list.
